イースト ルイビルの三つ星ホテル

「Unclean, elevator inspection was 2 months past due, large dogs barking at night, had many issues waiting on or solving a misunderstanding with staff, and all of this with a general sense of unsafety. I would never stay here again.」

「接客がよくて、いろいろ助かったこと多い。夜遅く空港到着もシャトルバスにて迎えがあり、非常に助かった。以上」

「The staff here at this hotel are wonderful and the hotel punches well above its weight class. My only complaint is people constantly smoking at the entrance shamelessly next to the smoke free area signs. It would be nice if customers did not have to walk through a plume of smoke prior to entering a space they paid for. Again, the hotel is the best in the area and I recommend it without reservation. Wonderful and friendly staff.」

「The hotel was fine for the price. Clean and staff was nice but my children were incredibly disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance. Also no free wifi unless I signed up for their rewards program, which is ridiculous 🙄 If I wanted to I would have signed up...I've never been to a hotel that didn't offer free wifi without signing up for something and we travel a lot...」

「I was very satisfied with the room — it was spacious and everything, including the bed, shower room, and sink, was spotless. The buffet-style breakfast offered a great variety and was also very satisfying.」
