「This was a nice hotel. The front desk person was very accommodating and very nice. He seemed to do his job well. However, when we got to the hotel, our room had not been cleaned. He found us another room. However, it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed at all. When we pulled out the couch to make it into a bed, there were stains on it. There were no extra pillows, pillow cases or blankets, so we had to go to the front desk to get them. Maybe they were short staffed. I try give them the benefit...

「Pool down for maintenance as of 10/17/26. In room Jacuzzi was filthy. Dirt/ sediment all over. I had to scrub it before we could use. Rest of the room wasn't much cleaner. Would not stay here again.」
