「The room was ok,but you could smell kitchen odours in the bathroom . The evening meals were poor, alot of the meals did not have the ingredients and the meals were poorly cooked. Lacked organisation 」

「Donot know about the bar as I donot drink, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Parking is ok. The property has been renovated to a high standard, but work is still being done.」

「No parking here, but it is right in the center of town so very convenient. The room was spacious and spotless.」

「Had a great stay at the saxonville Hotel staff where really nice and nothing was too much trouble Breakfast was freshly cooked each morning and was perfect great choice all waitress service presented really nice Rooms was really clean nice fresh bed linen comfortable bed we had a room on the front of the hotel which was great big windows high ceiling lovely great hotel perfect location 10 minuate walk in whitby 」

「A great and interesting pub, great beer and food, especially the cooked breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff, large, clean room with separate seating area. Cannot recommend this place enough. 」
