「This place was great!! They have a restaurant attached which is delicious.parking is very easy and has its own parking lot aside from the restaurant. It's very safe and quiet security is 24/7. Buses will drop you directly in front of the hotel. Hotel has trampolines and a soccer field for the kids. They can accommodate banquets and weddings with beautiful settings... It's very convenient to get to as it is off main road. 」

「*Security Box didn't work(broken) *One night no hot shower(Only cold shower) *Friends room(No.1) air condition broken, he couldn't sleep all night. *Breakfast is rubbish *Nobody speak English *I will stay HEX hotel next time.」

「They are currently renovating so don’t plan on an afternoon nap. However, everything else was great. Building is clean, quiet at night and service was great. The breakfast was great, typico nica with cafe and smoothie. Cooling breeze through the dinning area. 」

「The problem is that first tow nights I stood in a room w/o AC. I asked for one and I was told there was none available. The third night I was moved to one with AC but I was charged $20 extra for it, I was under the impression that I was going to a room with AC as I requested it before getting there. W/o that problem the rate would have been excellent. 」

「You can fly directly to San Juan del Norte (Greytown), take a five minute boat ride to the lodge, and stay right in the middle of a 4,500 sq km bioreserve. We flew into San Carlos and took a 6-7 hour boat trip down the river to SJN. Patricia was knowledgeable, informative, and quick to respond in helping me to organize arrival and departure details. The Lodge has large rooms with comfortable beds and hot showers. And they were happy to accommodate my dietary requirements. Franklin was an amazing...
