「Front office staff was amazing! However, upon check in they tried to give me a room with a garden view instead of sea view room I had paid for. Had to ask for it to be sorted. Room was dusty, with cobwebs. On the last day there was no running water. Do not disturb sign on my front door was disregarded had maintenance knocked on my door at 6am. Awful experience!」

「There was monkey poop on my balcony which wasn’t cleaned for 2 days, the hairdryer wasn’t working but was replaced when i informed reception, and the worst thing was the extremely loud music and karaoke right outside my room until 11pm every night. Also at breakfast, the hotel had this weird system where you sit at table number of your room. There was no table with my room number so they would move me every morning, saying it was in case the occupant of the room showed up! But at least the...

「The Plaza Beach Hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The por pretty is very nice. The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms are a bit dated, but hey have everything you need. The breakfast and dinner buffets are very good with many options, including vegetarian. The beach is beautiful.」

「As expected given the price this is far from an upmarket area. The rooms were small but clean. Initially I was given a not very nice room with an ensuite that was more like an alcove with no shower but was fortunately moved to a better one. We had to navigate building works to get into the property and then walk on a raised wooden walkway. The place was clean and the staff pleasant and helpful」

「The toilets DO NOT flush! Our group of friends had taken three rooms and ALL of them had plumbing issues. One of them changed the room to another floor and still the same issue. Another one not only had the toilet blocked, but even the shower drain was plugged. Water went out of the washroom, into the room and out into the corridor while taking a shower. The staff is very friendly and helpful but it is impractical to call then every time one uses the toilet. Not giving one star because the...
