「It was a VERY VERY VERY complicated check in. At the hotel they didn’t know about the reservation and they weren’t expecting us. When I show the person in charge my online reservation and receipt they got mad and tell me they don’t work with Expedia any more because it was hard to get their payment back. They tell me we have to leave or pay cash in that very moment. It was a GREAT disappointment and they insisted we have to leave and that the hotel didn’t work associated with Expedia any...

「Natural setting was amazing next to Rio Dulce. We arrived when it was dark so they sent someone to meet us the Litegua bus terminal and bring via boat to the hotel reception. The cabin was a little dated, but was comfortable and AC worked great. My wife and I loved our stay.」

「We went to Puerto Barrios, Guatemala, staying at Marbrissa Hotel, the staff were friendly and very helpful, our room was clean but poorly maintained, the bathroom also. After our first couple of hours we noticed a bad leak on the toilet reservoir connecting to the bowl, the staff put us in another room, all was fine. Again the unit was clean but poorly maintained. 「Comfortable lakeside property. Nice restaurant. Ample, secure parking. Large room. Comfortable beds. Good A/C. Doubt flatscreen TV could have been any smaller. Really need to upgrade to 32", at the vrey least.」
