「The staff were wonderful to is- Thanks to Leo, Laura, Oscar, Denise, Diana, and many more! Massage with Michelle was also great and so reasonable. The property has a guard that is there in the evening and helped us get on our way with fresh fruit and banana bread the kitchen prepared for us for our early departure at 5 am! Was close to Puerto Viejo’s busy area but nice to be away from the hustle of that. Enjoyed being able to retire to a quiet space with a restaurant that included breakfast...

「無料の空港、ホテル間の送迎サービスをしてくれる。 ただし、２４時間以上前に予約を入れること。 この内容は、ホテルのサイトにもエクスペディアのサイトにも記載されていません。 到着時の送迎は、事前にメールで伝えていましたが、帰りの送迎は、前日の夕方ホテルのレセプションに伝えましたが、２４時間を切っているので有料になると言われた。 どこにもその情報がなく、私のせいでもないのに、余分に費用をかけるつもりはないので、何とかするよう頼んだ。 担当者が、知り合いに連絡して、他の人の送迎に便乗する形で、無料のサービスを提供してくれた。 緊急の対応をしてくれて、感謝しています。 ホテルのスタッフは、みんな親切で、フレンドリーで安心して泊まれるホテルです。」

「Dépaysement total dans ce beau lodge..jardin magnifique..petit dejeuner correct et le dîner se passe un peu dans la pénombre ce qui donne une certaine atmosphère..piscine un peu fraîche mais vu la chaleur c'est agréable..personnel à l'écoute très sympathique ainsi que le manager !je recommande vivement 」
