「My first impression driving to the hotel, was have I made a mistake. The hotel is quite dated, and with a derelict hotel next to it. However, check in staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a family room with 2 rooms both with very comfortable beds. The towels and bed sheets were high quality. Most noticeable about the room was how very clean it was. Breakfast was nice Polish style and was fresh every day. For the price I found the hotel great. The only down side was the Wi-Fi was...

「The hotel is a 20/25 minute walk from the train station but don't let this put you off staying here the walk there gives you a great look at all the shops/restaurants thats around the area. I went to 'burger i piwo' and 'regionalny bar' that located a 5min walk. Staff at hotel very friendly in helping me check in/out. The room was quiet during night "great" i would gave this room a 4.7 out of 5 just because it needs a new carpet but other than that room clean.」

「Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, entry to Gubałówka. Hotel room was very quiet and our sleep wasn’t disturbed by any noise from the street. 」

「Recommend to update the couches, they were well used and stained. Otherwise the stay was great. Note this resort is a bit far from the centre of town and requires a car or use of taxi to get around.」

「The staff (Joanna) was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable (nothing super fancy, but good in all the ways you need it to be). The breakfast was excellent - lots of selections and good quality. Very nice they keep the breakfast room open for coffee and tea all day. Will definitely stay here again. 」

「２回目の宿泊。今回は、クロッカスのために宿泊。ホテル近くのメルキュールホテル前からバスに乗り(6ズロチ)終点まで行って、2時間歩けば放牧場に。地図を見ながら、観光地の説明あり。シーズンオフでも盛況。前回はベランダから東側が見える部屋だったが、今回は西向きの部屋。正面の南向きはいくらの料金か？ エレベーターがあるので便利。シャワーは満足。連泊したが、タオルの交換があった。朝食は今回も満足。朝食は７時半から１０時。」

「Stayed at Górski Pałacyk for few nights four adults and two teenagers. We had a great time. Property complex features few multistory houses with comfy apartments. We loved proximity to all attractions. Breakfast was delicious, large selection of food with menu change daily. Breakfast are served in a room with stunning view on Tatra Mountains. There is also jacuzzi and sauna which we used. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well equipped. 」

「Toppen fräsch lägenhet. Ren och fin. Dock ac var låg och vi kunde inte höja hur vi en ändrade på termoreglaget. Annars vi trivdes mycket och personal var trevliga och hjälpsamma.」
