「The whole staff were extremely friendly very very helpful being Canadians who don’t speak Norwegian we rely on them to help us with the parking. Also to help with the menu in the restaurant that was in Norwegian. I would highly recommend this hotel. We had a room at the top with the balcony looking over the water absolutely fantastic. A highlight of our vacation.」

「Ett litet trevligt hotell/värdshus i Lillesand. Rymligt rum, hjälpsam personal och mycket trevlig och god frukost. Plus för kostnadsfri parkering.」

「A fire breaking out in the middle of the night is never good news. However, worse was the fact the emergency exit was padlocked! The single staff member was clearly overwhelmed and never offered any explanation or communication while we were evacuated into the street or thereafter while we waited to get back into our rooms after the fire brigades had left. Aside from the fire incident, the hotel could do with better housekeeping (emptying the bin and replacing a towel is not quite good...

「Nice place」
