「We stayed there for 4 days and the stay was really good. Room was clean but the washroom was a bit smelly. Hotel was a bit far from Haram but they provide shuttle service to reach Haram. The staff were really nice and helping.」

Ils se sont obstinés à me refuser l'entrée. Apres les avoir menacé de contacter la police, ils mont propose un hotel dans une autre adresse tres eloigne de lhotel dorigine, en m'y rendant surprise, lhotelier netait pas au courant et ma refuse lentree. 「Hotel was very comfortable and location as well, I have stayed along with my family a wonderful moments visiting the Holy place. However, I have experienced a very annoying situation with the receptionist which till the moment I haven't heard from either Hotel.com customer service or the property regarding my issue. I've been embarrassed infront other guests on breakfast to pay in advance while my booking was made to be entitled for breakfast and that's what mentioned on website. The staff...

「The experience was fine. There is no restaurant for guests in the hotel. One which is in hotel is for Turkish guests only 」

「Way too far from the haram. Do not recommend if you are going to be doing tawafs and are not physically up for a long walk back up steep roads to get to the hotel. Does not actually have any bus service. Do not provide food if you are not with a group. No one speaks English. The internet is ONLY at the lobby. The front desk staff are hardly ever at the front desk. It's room is clean and so that is the only good thing. 」

「Upon arrival with family there was no room available and hotel was closed manager there said they have lost their license I waited 4 hrs with family and issue was not resolved 」
