「Good stay」

「朝食が美味しくない。　朝食開始時間にレストランに行ったが、前の人が食べた残りがあった。テーブルの掃除が行き届いていないと思った。」

「The hotel is dated. Not enough electrical plugs and wifi was terrible. Location is central and the staff were friendly. Front desk spoke fluent english. The shower was amazing. Overall a comfortable stay but would be more acceptable if the price was lower or rooms were renovated. 」

「Really unprofessional front office. Cleared bill in morning and asked to keep invoice ready by evening. As expected it was not ready. Made a lot of issue in accepting to give invoice with my GST number. Justification is its online booking. But payment is direct. First time i faced this issue. Also to mention intercom was not working and i had to call to hotels land line from mobile for any service.」

「This was a solo 4 night stay whilst touring. For the price, I didn't expect too much and as it turned out it was a satisfactory standard of accommodation for what I paid. Bed was nice and comfortable, good ceiling fan but no AC. Overall the room was generally clean, however if you opened a drawer, it had definately not been cleaned for a while. Bathroom was acceptable clean. I found out after the 1st night that you have to ask reception to put the electric Geyer on for hot water. If you're...

「When we first checked in the room (a queen room) even though booked for 2 adults was only catering for a single person- one towel, one tea bag, one toothbrush, one pair of slippers etc. This was corrected when it was pointed out to them but even at 9:00 pm I had housekeepers coming and knocking on the door wanting to come into the room in the pretence of bringing another bath towel even though this had been done before 4 pm. On checking out I was told I needed to pay for my room service order...
