「Sehr schöne Appartementanlage, die an ein 5* Sterne Hotel angeschlossen ist. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr umfangreich und die Einrichtungen des Hotels wie Fitnesscenter, Schwimmbad und SPA können mit genutzt werden. Wünschenswert wäre die Verbesserung der Kommunikation mit den Gästen in den Appartements, so dass Änderungen seitens des Hotels, z.B. die Frühstückszeit am Neujahrstag auch kommuniziert werden.」

「Byli jsme nadšení. Krásné prostředí, klidné se skvělou dostupností na sjezdovku (menší pro děti a úplné začátečníky přímo u hotelu, větší kousek přes silnici), ale i pěší výlet či výlet na běžky. Vlek přímo u ubytování. Dále bych vyzdvihla výbornou snídani. Spoustu variant sladké /slané /bezmasé. Navíc po náročném dni možnost wellness - sauna, vyhřívka, bazén. Personál velmi milý a ochotný. Doporučuji!」

「Die Unterkunft ist praktisch für den Wander -und Winterurlaub. Das Frühstück reichlich. Sie ist praktisch und einfach eingerichtet. Das Bad hat eine Sitzbadewanne ohne Vorhang, das heißt das ganze Bad schwimmt, beim Duschen. Dementsprechend ist das Mobiliar beschädigt. Wechselhandtücher, für eine Woche, wären schön gewesen. 」

「Obsługa znakomita i zasługuje na pochwałę. Jednakże byłoby super, gdyby goście NIE WESELNI nie byli meldowani do pokoi nad salą weselną. Nawet w stoperach ciężko było spać, bas przenosił się po ścianach i po łóżku. Goście korzystający z basenu i sauny niestety nie wiedzą jak zachować się w saunach publicznych i zachowują się głośno.」

「A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year.」

「We can’t say enough about this property!! The people, the food, great bar, with a wonderful vibe. We stayed two nights while we explored adraspach rocks. If you haven’t heard of the look them up!! It’s a magical place with wonderful kind people. 」

「Das Hotel liegt ganz idyllisch oben auf dem Berg mit Blick zur Schneekoppe, das ist wirklich wunderschön. eS ist sehr ruhig. Das Hotel macht einen guten Gesamteindruck, netter Pool mit Bergblick mit Sauna, das Restaurant ist auch sehr gut, schön eingerichtet, schmackhaftes Essen. Von der Terrasse hat man auch einen schönen Blick. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Leider entspricht die Zimmereinrichtung und Zustand nicht den 4 Sternen, schade. Die Teppiche sind in keinem guten Zustand und hier und...

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome.」
