「The room, at a glance appeared clean. But, Someone (property manager) should visit each room and check the cleaning. The baseboard tops in our bathroom and the floor corners are dirty. (room 404). The carpet vacuuming should be checked at the points were the carpet meets the walls and bed. A nozzle should be used. The bed and pillows were very nice and comfortable. Counter tops were clean. Breakfast was good and the woman working the kitchen/dining room was excellent. The shampoo dispenser...

「The breakfast has many options, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, the pool is incredible and has views of mountains, the hotel is 2 miles away from Polly’s Pancake Parlor, 15 minutes from Franconia Notch State Park, Echo Lake, Cannon Mountain, and The Basin, 20 minutes from Lincoln, with great restaurants and the Kancamagus Hwy for a stunning scenic drive, and the hotel prices are very affordable! 」

「The Breakfast was great. I had a fresh made waffle, hot coffee, and oj. There were also breakfast sandwiches, cereal, and muffins. we did not use the pool or hot tub, but we did go see it and it looked very inviting!」
