「Front desk lady was nice room was disgusting」

「Floor has now been cleaned, shower did not work, overflowing trash cans all over the place, trash built up outside doors. This is a hotel where men who come into town for the week and work in the oilfield stay so their work pots are all over the outside. I will say the mattress was comfortable but that’s it’s. This place is NOT worth the price. 」

「The lobby smelled of sewer. The room was well air conditioned but musty. I had to remove a very large water roach that was dying, but not there yet. The bathroom was fairly clean and the towels seemed to have been washed. This was the last option I had for the night other than sleeping in my car. Next time, I’d sleep in the car. The front desk person was very polite.」

「Checked in and then had to switch room due to spoiled food in the fridge, and a foul smell in the room. Second room also had a filthy fridge. The facility tried to tell me they could not accommodate another room since I booked through a third party. I did let them know, this is a facility issue, and not an Expedia issue. I will not be returning here. 」

「Great Breakfast, both food and staff. The wifi didn't work and neither did the TV. When I called to have this fixed, I had to call three times. The third time they told me that forgot what room I was in. The TV never got fixed.」

「Hotel is fairly new so everything is very clean and in good condition. It is in an excellent location with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. All surrounding a pond with walking trail and play area for kids. Only complaint was breakfast. By 8:30 they were out of everything and slow filling it back up. Nice stay otherwise.」
