"Fantastic property. Well maintained. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful. Great pool and nice to have cooking facilities. A close walk to several great restaurants. Not really a beach you can swim at but a good base to adventure from. "

"I booked for two nights stay but had to check out next day. Because the room smells so bad the bed smells bad pillow bed cover all dirty and roaches can be seen on kitchen counter top very dirty. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed. "

"Beach Villa provided myself and my family the Fijian holiday we had been hoping for. It was private and well positioned in Maui Bay. "This property was scary to say the least. There was a padlock on the OUTSIDE of the door. When we arrived, there was no reception area, just a woman who ran out of another house and started yelling at us asking what we wanted. When we told her we had booked, she yelled go to room 7. Not knowing where that was I started walking around. This is when I found the bar/restaurant with writing all over the walls in red paint.
