「I liked the breakfast」

「Positives: Hotel and room were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Two bedroom suite was spacious. Very convenient location. Cons: 1) Careful with pre-arrival check-in. Keys were ready when we got there and check-in was quick, but our room was given away while we were there. Fortunately, it was during the day and we were in the room when this occurred. Front desk did correct the booking problem. 2) Our floor (3rd) was quiet, but heard people/children walking/running...

「We arrived early before check in. Thr receptionist alerted us when our room was ready. It wasn’t. We called the front desk for towels. There were none. They promptly brought us the towels. The sheets on the bed were worn down to threads and the mattress was lumpy with springs you could feel. Also someone had to come work on the tv to make it work. Mainly it just needs a makeover. It’s rundown. 」

「For the price our room was great! We had a great time. We've staying there 2 other times!」

「Only one room was available when I arrived and I had to take it and it was next to the elevator. Asked for a breakfast bag as I was leaving before their assigned breakfast time. In it was one apple, one dry bagel and a small bottle of water. Very basic motel and not up to Hampton Inn's previous standards. Won't stay there again.」

「This is a relatively new hotel and it shows. Very clean and modern finishes. No toiletries, but hairdryer is a yes. The bar and restaurant were a nice feature, along with free breakfast. The hotel was centrally located and as quiet as a hotel can be when youre staying somewhere. I do recommend.」

「The room was clean, The property grounds was lovely. The noise from the freeway was very noticeable. The staff was helpful. We had issues with the keys not working and had to go to the desk. It was all three of them and at the same time, so I doubt it was from a phone or magnet. The cleaning staff either forgot about the king bed room and didn’t make it up, but they did the queen bed room. The breakfast is what you would expect.」
