"old establishment with stains on the carpet"

"Easy to park. Wife would give it 4 stars. 6 yr old would give 5 stars for the rock climbing wall. No lift for 2nd floor rooms and would have life more space to open suitcases but overall nice place to stay."

"Location of its facility is surrounded by magnificent and beautiful mountains with lots of green, atmosphere is totally different from big city Tokyo. The owner of pension is quite friendly, and capable to treat guest with "omotenashi" from his long experience. "

"Clean room,quiet, friendly staff,close to restaurants, and a wonderful bath house. Nice view of mountains! Nice free breakfast!"

"Hotel’s onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms. Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this. "

"The staff were friendly and the breakfast was simple (green salad, two egg fries, bread with butter and jam, fruits, and a pot of coffee or black tea) but delicious. Personally I liked Peppermint’s breakfast better than buffet breakfast, because we ate everything that’s served. No waste, so eco-friendly. Another thing we liked was a nearby museum. The pension is only 5 minute walk from a nice local art museum. We visited it after check-out in the morning. We enjoyed the collection inside the...

"前日に別の場所に泊まりここは2泊目です。前泊の長所をそれぞれ足せば良かったのですが、歯ブラシが無いのとWi-Fiが非常に繋がりにくい(前泊はOK) 逆に前泊はドライヤー無し、タオル無しとそれぞれ足りないものが違い、残念です"
