"We stayed here during MotoGP weekend at Motegi. While the hotel clean and safe, it had extremely dated decor/furniture and a very strange atmosphere. We didn't see anyone else at the hotel the first day, which gave it a very odd haunted feeling. If you are affected by aesthetics/design, you may find this hotel unnerving."

"Just needs some renewal in certain areas. Staff did their jobs and the room served its purpose. Room could use some small improvements. "

"The facility is clean, close to Tochigi station and Kuranomachi Promenade river walk. I was assigned to the room next to the smoking room but the staff helped me to transfer to other room. "

"I've stayed at the Yard 9 countless times. Its my favorite hotel in the Tochigi area. "

"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."

"部屋がとても寒くてエアコンを入れても部屋が暖まるまでにかなり時間がかかりベッドで震えていました。入室前にエアコンをつけて部屋を暖めていて欲しかったです。"

"This is a very relaxing property. The staff is very helpful and facilities are clean and modern. This is my go to place to relax from the hustle in Tokyo."

"The shower bracket was broken so had to hold the nozzle. Great water pressure though. Our window was locked shut so no fresh air. In our friends room the window opened normally. The sole staff member could not speak english which we did expect from Expedia who promote the hotel."

"２回目のコンテナホテルでした。 部屋に、冷蔵庫とレンジが有り、設備が充実してます。 ここは、近くにコンビニとかも有り使い勝手がいいと思います。 また使おうと思います。"
