「Our first vacation with our baby and its not quite premium season: We apparently arrived at a party hotel for drinkers, smokers, and loud music till 1 am. No repercussions. In our room, our fire alarm went off at 4am and again at 6am waking us and our baby up. They did nothing for us. My husband had to rip it down himself so we could get any sleep. The inside cleaning staff was good but the outside cleaning staff were more on their phones than cleaning cobwebs off the bbqs, seating, etc. The...

「Outdoor pool was not crowded, walking distance to Osoyoos Lake nice view of Anarchist mountain.
Our room had three bedrooms however only two of the three bedrooms had AC in them and one of the outlets didn't work which we didn't discover until morning when our kids tablets were not charged for the next 3 hour drive. When notified staff they said they would check it out.
Staff was friendly and polite.」

「Our stay was brief as it was a 1 night stopover on a road trip. We arrived after supper time, but check in was amazing. I don't recall his name but he was friendly and accommodating to all our requests.
The room was renovated and very clean. We had no complaints with our stay and would stay again next time we are in the area.」
