ナナイモの2 つ星ホテル ￥12,949 ～

「Booked two rooms, was put in 2 accessible rooms despite not booking that room type, plus the 'folding' bench in the shower was broken in both rooms and separating from the tub leaving screws exposed. Mentioned both to front desk, only one was fixed. Plus shower heads were about mid-torso height, not ideal positioning with no where to move the shower head wand to place it higher. Both rooms had phantom noises both nights leading to broken sleep, there appears to be zero insulation to hallway...

「No wifi access - no drinking water - Furniture was all beat up - bathroom sink and tub was worn and grungy. Outside the room the property was messy with dead leaves etc. no view at all.」

「初めてモーテルに泊まりましたが、外に直結してるだけでホテルとなんら変わらなかったです！結婚式に出席した後に泊まれる場所を探していて、安くて近くて評価の良いこちらにしました！部屋も綺麗でベッドも寝心地良く快適にすごせました！電子レンジ、ドライヤー、冷蔵庫もあり近くにマックや食べ物屋さんもあるので、車で泊まりに来るのには、不便さは全く感じませんでした！ キッチンつきの部屋や、大人数用の部屋もありまた機会があれば利用したいです(^^)」

「Awful, unsafe, dirty, do not stay. Having said that shout out to Expedia customer service, great to deal with and booked us another room and helped with our refund. Expedia great this hotel terrible.」

「Although we came here without a car, the staffs picked us up to the nearest bus stop and showed us around. When i talked with them , they were always smiling and helpful. Service in this hotel was much better than i expected. I wanna come here again.」

「Overall the cottage was great. Loved the spacious 3 bedrooms. Living room was big and the kitchen had everything we needed. 」

「Stunning oceanfront views with property located right on the beach. Very clean and well appointed suite with a small but very well equipped kitchen and bbq’s located in the common area made meal times very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again. As a side note, the pool for this property is a 30 second drive away at a partner hotel. 」

「Everything was so good but their WiFi was so slow and the suite which was next to our suite was so loud they were so much noise whole night and that was so hard.」
