"Beautiful location, but we’ve rarely felt more unwelcome or ripped off. I would have probably given this accommodation 4 stars, if we hadn’t had nasty surprises:1) This is not a private host, but a company called Novasol. Their customer service is terrible; you can only chat with them online, and they will do nothing to resolve your problem. 2) Although not explicitly mentioned in the description of the property, no bedlinnen or bath towels are provided.
