「Frankston Bay Motel has decent sized rooms, comfortable bed, close to shops and beach, convenient to transport arterials and trains. The staff were polite and the room was clean while using eco friendly cleaning protocols.」

「非常に雰囲気の良いリゾート地で街にレストランもいくつかあり便利だった。ホテルから繁華街には徒歩５分程度。」

「There was a stain on unrapped sheet, and floor was dirty. Although, front desk was very friendly and nice. Overall, it was okay.」

「Stayed in one of the pods and the walking path outside the doors is so noisy you hear everyone all night long. First night a large group were making a lot of noise and woke me up and it went on for quite a while. So if you like quiet it's not ideal. Rooms were adequate. Bed comfy. Bathroom sink is way too small to wash your dishes in let alone stick kettle under tap. 3pm was a bit late for my liking for checkin and the reception closes at 4pm. Was a bit further out of town than what I was...

「Bed was way too soft in the middle causing uncomfortable night. The walls had patch repairs looked very rough. Shower pressure was very low. Half a roll of toilet paper only supplied. Heating didn’t work. Parking was not very well marked out. Did not say anywhere that the hotel is situated right beside a local aerodrome and would be planes coming in and out from 7am in the morning. Feels like it could really do with a good spruce up to a better level of quality」

「Bakery with great coffee across the street. Very quiet on a Sunday evening.」

「The accomodation was beautiful」

「Awesome host with quick replies helping where required. The actual property is awesome, fantastic views, comfortable bed. Shower and spa were great as well!」
