「I booked the hotel and after check-in, realised there is no breakfast. That's ok but I understood for the same price I paid, my colleague's booking has breakfast. The hotel has not much facilities and my room (606) was infested by bed bugs! I had highlight to the counter staff and they assured me the room was cleaned thoroughly. I guess it cannot be done since it was infested with bugs.」

「This hotel is a real gem - one of the best we've found in Japan. It's small, only 12-15 rooms, but very well appointed -- the rooms are large (by Japanese standards) and modern. The staff were very friendly, the onsen was excellent, and the food was terrific! The hotel is out in the countryside, and is not far from the Akiyoshido Cave, which is the primary attraction in the region.」
