「The lock uses a keycard detector and the key used to unlock the door is a keycard however I wasn’t taught how to unlock which ultimately led to me having a few of my belongings left behind to be stolen while I was out for the day on my second and only full day at the hotel and when I spoke to the person behind the desk he was very useless he told me to look in the laundry room while going with me where the stolen equipment was not there and then he wanted me to let him in my place so I could...

「The property was great and communication was good. The main problem is having to give a deposit prior to arriving. Given the options, it’s basically impossible for a US citizen that doesn’t have a UK bank account or credit card. The only way we could do it was to get someone we knew in the UK to pay it.
