「Our stay at the lava guest house was a perfect stay for a quick overnight on the island. It was centrally located in the main village and close to the ferry. 「Great location to use as a base for our visit of the islands. We rented the full apartment but it was apparent it could also be used as two separate rooms rented out with a shared bathroom- so one bedroom was actually the kitchenette. Just need to be aware if you actually plan to use the kitchen that it is a bedroom! On street parking . Never saw the owner but comunication was great through Expedia app.」

「Cool place. A bit remote, but close enough to the ring road and nearby attractions. The place felt cozy. You have a community kitchen and dining room that you can access. It's quite clean, useful and stacked with everything you need. I felt that I had space to breathe here. The place is clean and spotless. My room felt comfortable and had everything I could really need.」

「This place was so cute! Woke up in the morning to open the blinds with horses outside my window. Be sure to call to get the code for the lock box that your key is in. We showed up when it was dark. I was not completely sure which cottage was mine, but figured it out because it was the only one with the lights out. My other tip would be to pack a towel if you plan on staying here.」
