「The computer system was down with the Internet nor the phones working so we had to stand and wait for over an hour before we could even attempt to check in. There was a long line of people waiting, who had been there before us or before we arrived. But the facility is wonderful and the young lady at the front desk was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this place. 」

「Attractive contemporary design with thoughtful amenities (quality skin and hair products, comfortable beds and pillows, space for luggage and large screen tv with premium channels) together with good sound-proofing against noisy neighbors make TRU a standout choice if you don’t want to spend $300 plus a night for a hotel. Highly recommend.」

「The tv didnt work. Had staff look at it. They were unable to fix it. Had to ask for extra towels. I stayed 3 days. And inly 1 towel set in the room when i checked in. But over all. For the price it was worth it.」
