The found my reservation and there key maker was broken so he had to meet me at my room to let us in. Once in the room my wife needed to use the restroom and found feces and the toilet wouldn’t flush completely. She finally got everything to flush. I then used the restroom with the same results except I noticed that when I flushed the...

"Found the property up an unpaved alley at the rough end of Rawlins. No prior emailed instructions on how to gain access and no one to meet us or any notice to indicate who guests should call. No signage apart from that in the photo. No way was I pushing open any closed doors in that area. We booked into an alternative Rawlins hotel and obtained a refund."
