"The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended. This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email). "Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr schön und durch die kleine Größe und lokale Lage einfach perfekt und heimlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, nicht nur was das Hotel anging, sondern auch im Restaurant. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen."

"Very attractive room with a large comfortable bed. Well equiped kitchen. There were a couple of faults which were addressed quickly. Some adjustments could be made - more storage, height of coat hooks and storage ib bathroom. Overall a pleasant and enjoyable stay."
