We went back in the morning to check in and question why there had been no person to check us in and we were turned away and told they were not accepting guests! Cost more money for our party of 5 persons. A great inconvenience"

"I stayed one night in El Jadida as I needed to keep moving around on my trip in Morocco. The accommodation was nice with just a few things that needed to be attended to: no toilet paper when I arrived (10.30pm), Wifi would not work for my phone for some reason which was annoying as I needed it to book accomm for the next night, no bottle of water left (as with other accomm less pricey). The space in the accommodation was good if needed for more people. But, for only myself, I would prefer the...

"I would strongly suggest to do a make serious cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom areas that are in overused and not maintained state. The linens are either unwashed or too shabby to be assured of it cleanness. It is an apartment that located next to an abandoned construction site, with the dirt and garbage everywhere. It is on the outskirts of the town and we had a problem finding it. No policemen was able to find it. When I finally called the facility they sent someone our way to navigate."
