"Everything I needed for a short stay. "

"Very basic, hygiene not good, carpet in room dirty, hair on sink etc but radiator worked well "

"Bit of a cheap and cheerful go-to place when seeing friends in and around Lingfield. Rooms and decor are a bit tired these days but comfortable nonetheless. Good pub grub and ambience and walkable to alternative Indian and Thai restaurants in the village. Annoying bright green fire exit lights in the room I stayed in so bring your blackout mask! "
