"Props to the staff. From the reception to the kitchen, all of them were absolutely amazing. Kind and friendly. I won't give the details to avoid people asking for it. But there was a miscommunication issue between myself and the hotel. And they handled it perfectly, making sure that my staying and my tour worked the best way possible. "I liked that it was close to the main street for shopping and dining but far enough away that it wasn't noisy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The AC was appreciated but I could have used a blanket, not just a sheet. Toiletries like shampoo etc. would also have been appreciated but I understand why they weren't included."
