「The service is good. And Chinese speaking friendly」

「Lady doing check in was lovely , super friendly and helpful . Couple of issues resolved quickly after a few laughs . TV positioning and size bizarre . Would recommend displaying WIFI login details in the rooms in future . Room needs a bin , not just a bathroom bin . Good close parking, big spacious room with a nice comfy sofa . Lots of potential in room , but in need of updating . 」

「On arrival l was given no information by the young lady. There was only WiFi information in my room, nothing else. Only found out, from another guest, how to get back in the front door using the key fob. The same, l heard from another guest who had heard from another guest, about being able/aloud to use the fridge in the kitchen for storage 」

「When I arrived there was no one to show me to my room. I phoned the number on my booking but they could not find any record of me having booked with the itinerary number I was given. They gave me another number to call, eventually they found the booking and said ‘the man is coming’. This turned out to be a maintenance man who was very unwell (flu I presume). He showed me a double room but the toilet was broken, a sign in the door saying do not use. I asked for an alternative room with a working...

「Cant not fault the place. Its was clean, easy to gain access with it being unmanned, shops near by for food. Will stay again if in the area.」

「After driving through traffic for almost 4 hours, when we arrived an older man with a mobile phone told us we did not in fact have a booking, that the hotel did not in fact exist as a hotel - even though all signage was still up. The man asked me to speak with head office on his phone who confirmed no booking, regardless of my e-mail confirmations. We were not the only people affected by this, luckily for us we found alternative accommodation at a higher rate as we were attending the Take That...

「1. Getting difficult to.find the exact location of property, its helpful if mentioned the building name. 2.Whole night struggled to run the heating but didnt work survived without heating. 3. Wifi id provided not available in the premises. 」

「Initially, there was some ambiguity about the check in, however as soon as I contacted the service provider, the manager arrived at the property in person and solved the issue. I didn't expect that prompt and kind reaction in response to my problem. I'm sure their business will flourish swiftly as they have put their customers' satisfaction at the centre of it. They are caring and fair and I wish them prosperous years a head.」
