「The Aircon wasn't working so had to leave balcony door open at night and mosquitos came in. The shower needed attention but the water was hot. Overall a pleasant hotel, staff and surroundings. Bed was comfortable, room small but adequate, towels changed daily, 24 hour reception handy, small balcony with table and chairs convenient 」

「Alessandra and Antonio were very nice and helpful. They helped us with taxis and directions. The location was centrally located to all our activities and a short walk, 5-10 minutes to the train station, Porto Nouvo.」

「Laura at the reception was extremely friendly, informative and professional. Also, the room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever been to - including the bathroom. Bright and clean! Really great. I decided to walk to the airport. It took 30 min and the walk was pleasent besides some 100 meters that were on a road with quite a bit of traffic. 」

「The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The room was filthy from the start. No one came to clean our room during our stay so we had to go and request new towels and buy toilet roll. The mattress had a mysterious looking pee stain which was quickly uncovered as our bed sheet on our double bed was actually two single sheets placed horizontally (which is very uncomfortable and moves during the night). The duvet covers also had some mysterious stains on them, and the whole place smelt...
