「薄型テレビが設置してあると書いてあったので予約をしましたがブラウン管のテレビでした。フロントに話をしましたがスイートルームじゃないからと言われました。１時間くらいかかりマネージャーと話ができすぐに５０インチのテレビに代えてもらいました。これでこのホテルとは２度目のトラブルです。」

「It was very clean and organized The staff and service was great I would definitely book here again, But just wish they had a service taxi for the hotel because it's hard to find a taxi, Sometimes waiting 20 minutes for a taxi, But other than that I had a good time there!!」

「バギオ大聖堂方面に歩いて、セッションロードを歩いた方が楽かもしれない。急な階段を2〜30段を3回登らないとセッションロードにたどり着かない。時間的にはこっちの方が早いかもしれないけど・・施設はコンドミニアムで受付も正面のガードマンではなく、奥に入った事務所で行う。部屋はキッチンとかあったけど不衛生感がすごい、温水は出るがバスタオルなし、ベッドや掛け布団も変な匂い、立地を考えて選んだけど次は利用しないかな。名前どうりホテルじゃないし。」

「The accommodation is quite old already. Location is very convenient. Staff are nice. Service is good. We didnt encounter any problems. I think the place needs renovation already. 」

「The host are accommodating, we arrived at the CV transient around 1am, they let us check in still (we late due to our schedule availability and travel schedule). The place is simple, what you see is what you get. There is a fan in the room, you won't need AC since the temperature in Baguio is cold. Cons: The water heater is not working all the way through it will be hot for like a minute and then it's gonna be cold again, hopefully this will be fixed either way the place is good.」

「Our experience was unique as the day we arrived Baguio City was under a typhoon and there were many problems around the city with downed trees and power outages. The owner met us at the property and explained the situation, what we needed to know about the facility, and that he would be working to make sure we were safe and had water. We didnt have any power until our last day there. Because we were visiting friends, we stayed anyway. The owner took great care of us! The townhome and bedrooms...

「I booked this hotel on 8/24 for their Premium room for a family of six. When I got to the hotel, I was told that they dis not receive the information from Expedia and that the Premium room is not available and we were instead given a deluxe room. I don’t know why they call it a deluxe room because there’s nothing luxurious in that room. The room had a musty odor and the bedsheets were damp. 「Staff did not inform us what we needed to know, especially when we asked for the laundry service. At first, we are advise that we have to do it on our own but din not inform us that's we should buy the detergent soap 」
