"Booked 3 rooms. Was told only two available AFTER I checked in online. Was told that hotel was sold out, that’s why I booked it months in advance. Was told only one room with one bed was left. He told me it was a lot more than I paid (PRICE GOUGING, should be illegal) I was told that hotels.com canceled my booking and he was going to give me the room with one bed for that price, being stuck, I had to take it and some of the party has to sleep on the dirty floor. I called hotels.com and they told me that they did not cancel anything and the clerk is lying, they over booked and it became my problem. Hotels.com was not very helpful and didn’t offer much as a solution. Now let’s talk about the room, smelled of something, and when the lights went out, the bugs came out. Two roaches in bathroom, one on lamp shade. I would not recommend this hotel or hotels.com. "
