「This stay came after a sudden cancellation after my resort. They didn’t have many rooms but I grabbed one. I was so upset but the kindness of the staff made it all better. I love that there was an indoor pool and 2 other pools. There was a complimentary breakfast. The rooms were very clean and the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. They were accommodating to my special needs child and I appreciated that. I highly recommend!」

「The toilet was broke.the jaccuzi in room wasnt working&the buttons were missing.the plug was peeling&barely holding on.the water in the shower was awful it was scolding hot or ice cold.the paint on the bottom of rhe shower was peeling&the drain was broke.wifi didnt work.the plug in outlets didnt work.the hot tub outside was gross&so was the pool.very disappointed in the stay.the rooms &place is NOTHING like what they advertise on there website.」

「Air conditioning was great. Staff was friendly. Parking was great. Now coming to the clean room the first room was not clean around the toilet was a ring of urine. And the curtain was broken. So, i called told them, that next morning i also verbally asked for them to clean around the toliet. I came back around 6pm nothing was fixed or cleaned. But they took the trash out. They moved my room the next day. Next door same iasue with cleaning. I really deserve a discount or even my money nack after...

「Parking felt safe, alot of hotel renovations going on i did wish that was mentioned. Breakfast was basic. No eggs or sausage more so cerals 」

「The water temperature went from scolding hot to freezing cold. There was no in between. The cable/internet kept going in and out. Breakfast was to be until 10am, but closed at 9am Sunday. Front desk staff was helpful. You are allowed 2 guests/room, so if, you have children, they charge $20/each for them. 」

「My bathroom was gross. There was someone's hair all in the bathtub and floor. I wouldn't even take a shower while I was there bc it just felt so gross. The rooms are no 5 star but what I really loved was the accommodations with a animal. I was on the bottom floor and could take my dog right outside through the sliding doors. It was pretty much an enclosed area and that was a plus. We did swim and enjoyed this. I love the property layout. You have plenty of room to walk your dog. The other thing...
