The hotel has a weird policy where if you go out you have to leave the key at reception which we have never encountered anywhere in the world. There is no safe in the room so we were taking our valuables everywhere with us as it felt very strange that we didn’t have a key to the room with our belongings in it and no safe to put them in, only a cupboard. "This was a great hotel. The 12th floor pool and gym area was very nice. The staff were extra helpful with us since we did not speak Portuguese. I would stay there again for sure. Lots of adorable shops and restaurants within walking distance too. "
