"Clean room, direct ocean access, we loved our stay."

"The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, while we paid extra money to get a beautiful view of the beach, what we got was a room at the ground floor with a balcony facing the beach. So, although we technically got a room facing the beach, it was not worth the extra money we paid for as it was the ground floor. And sadly, they said they could not shift us to some other room at the upper floors. Other than that, I think the sound of the elevator was a bit disturbing. But overall, the experience was nice."
