"My pillows had back marks on them so I had to use a blanket to cover them when I slept on them. The blankets were extremely uncomfortable but the room was clean besides that"

"The hotel was busy due to concert in Mpls. The rooms were not ready at check in time and parking was full. It was unfortunate and we had to wait a while for a hotel room."

"The room was at 80 degrees. The following morning, the staff in the lobby told me that at check in we should have been informed that the HVAC system only works seasonally and we should have been offered a fan!"

"The valet parking was very helpful as was the bellman. Check in was easy and the room was spotless. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, very good variety. Also being shuttled to the concert was a plus. "

"We were able to check in a little early without paying a fee. Staff was very nice. There was no hot water though throughout our entire stay. Front desk was aware and stated they had someone coming out to fix it but next day, it was still not fixed. Not the staffs fault hot water was broken but definitely not ideal. The room also didn’t have AC so it was 75 in our room the entire stay. Thankfully, our room didn’t face he sun and it wasn’t hot out so we could crack the windows. When we checked out we got 50% reimbursed for the no hot water issue, which was nice. I probably wouldn’t stay here again just because it wasn’t really what pictures had shown and the parking ramp behind the building doesn’t have a skywalk connecting, so we had to walk in the pouring rain with all of our stuff. "
