"Absolutely horrified with our bed. Literally a pit in the middle it had no support our backs hurt from the sleep. Furthermore the bathroom fan was so loud and about to break, no coffee in the room and had to wait until 8am. No housekeeping unless we ask? You forgot to mention that important detail. ..."
