We stayed in the basic cabins and they were so cute! Very clean and cozy, there was a heater in the room so it was super nice! The bathrooms never felt too busy and were clean!

Unexpected in a good way. Cabin was very comfortable, clean, and large. A great place for free spirited travellers to get away. The best part was the wonderful hospitality from the owner. I would gladly return to the Possum Lodge.

We really enjoyed our stay here but the layout is definitely different. It is not for people with mobility issues but otherwise it is great. We didn't get to really experience Manapouri as it was our overnight stop before traveling to Milford Sound. But we definitely enjoyed the amazing views!
