Definitely not worth all of the hype. Poor service whenever we went to the bars or restaurant (staff never available) Breakfast hours are way too short to serve all the people they have staying. Muy atentos y amables El único tema que se oye todo de las habitaciones. Con respecto al precio al ser extranjeros sé que no deben cobrar impuestos y que como ley en Chile uno debe mostrar el PDI de ingreso al país para que este impuesto no sea cobrado.

Beautiful view of volcano very nice place and the family that run it are super, only negative is the road to last 1/2 mile is very rough , tough for small car

This place was awesome! Brian showed us some amazing private hit spring tubs that are completely off the map. He also gave us a great recommendation for local eateries. We learned a lot about Chilean culture and history. Will be back again!
