"Window to our first floor room was broken and wouldn’t lock. Asked to change rooms and were able to, so that was good. Staff was generally friendly, and provided basic support. I should’ve lowered my expectations based on the fact that it’s an “inn”, but had high hopes based on the strong reviews. ..."
