"There is no elevator in this hotel and it’s not listed they don’t have one. I had elderly people that had a rough time with the steps with me and they were fully booked so they couldn’t put us on the lower level."

"The hotel staff were excellent and the property is in a great location. We were in town for a wedding and our room did not have clothing hangers or anywhere to hang clothes.
