「Typical chain hotel with casino. The thermal springs were really good but lack a coffee shop. Restaurants fair but not great. Good Gardens but nowhere to sit. Good value for money.」

「A superb hotel to stay. Loved the historical art deco style of this hotel. Big room and great service. 」

「Beautiful, peaceful hotel. Lovely room and excellent surroundings. Food and service excellent. Looking forward to returning soon.」

「Unless you are looking for a rave do not stay anywhere other than the villas. Wifi doesn't work at all, nice kind staff however.」

「Great little place, we enjoyed the breakfast and the sauna」

「Excellent decor, detail and food. Really fabulous 」

「100% worth the drive to Robertson. The room/cottage was spectacular and the view was fantastic. Staff were attentive and the pool was great. We will be back. 」

「Tout était parfait. Ange est un vrai Ange. Elle nous a trouvé une solution de taxi pour éviter une journée infernale à vélo, sous 34 degrés et vent de face pendant 100 kms. Merci, merci, merci 」

「Makkelijk te vinden, goede communicatie met hosts en warm welcome, they were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean and have everything you need, including water cooker for coffee and tea. Secure parking on premises. Very calm and we had an excellent night sleep. Restaurants within walking distance. Just a short drive from Avalon hotsprings. 」

「la maison est magnifique, chambres très vintage , petit déjeuner parfait 」

「The rooms are out dated, the carpets are very very old. The staff was amazing, very friendly and kind 」

「We turned up at the property and it was not as described, it was in the middle of a very undesirable area we did not feel at all safe and were we had to park the car to unload was very sketchy, so we immediately took the decision we would not stay here and took the hit and moved onto another hotel which was in a better area, they should be honest about the location it’s very hard to see when you look at a map」

「We booked and paid through hotels.com - although the hotel has reviews the owner claims he does not use hotels.com. He asked us to pay for the night after we had already paid and have a receipt of payment. The owner asked us to pay again, although we had already paid. 」
