"This place is awesome! Very quiet, clean and comfortable. AC unit is newer and quiet and deck is large and sheltered with a beautiful view of the waterfront. The breakfast was excellent too, fresh coffee, toast and preserves and sliced fruit. The host was very nice and definitely hire the guides associated with the hotel, Arielle was awesome, very knowledgeable and spoke great English 👍 We stayed in the suite over looking the waterfront, really nice :)) Make sure to head out into the biosphere as early as possible, we went at sunrise and saw lots of wildlife before it got busy and too hot."

"A very nice place to spend the night while visiting Rio Lagartos and Loss Colorados. We got an ocean view and it was worth it. The room is comfortable and we slept well enough after the Saturday night celebrations stopped. It’s a bit tough for parking and the shower has little pressure, but the staff were super friendly and drinks and food was on point. All in all a nice stay. "

"Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was clean and tidy and our room was very large. The pool and garden are kept tidy and the boardwalk through the mangrove to the edge of the lagoon was great. Fabulous place to sit and watch the flamingos and other birds on the lagoon. "

"Room access was slightly difficult on top floor with rickety steep and narrow stairs. Some animal noises in the thatched roof at night. Parking was a little sketchy. Staff person was helpful but spoke no English at all."
