"Todo estuvo maravilloso pero no tienen datáfono y en la página dice que se puede pagar con visa o Mastercard pero no es verdad tienen un link pero el link no funciona. Deben tener datáfono para un lugar asi. El rest todo maravilloso comidas y servicio super bueno. Pero llegar al check out y no poder pagar con tarjeta ea algo que realmente molesta. "

You can see some things need upgrade already due to the past of time but they try to keep everything up to standards . The manager is always there and willing to help and accommodate the guest. Very good service won’t change it for any other hotel in Florencia"

"When booking in realise I was non Colombian and required a passport (which I do not carry) thus booking at 9pm refused. So eat in Restaurant returned and used wifes ID as that was acceptable ?? Sadly No 4* +in area compaired to Intercontinenal in Cali very poor value. Althought T bone and Tomahawk Steaks in restaurant where very good value"
