Bathroom doorknob was installed backwards resulting in my wife being trapped in the locked bathroom. Bed was improperly assembled and collapsed on my child. Bedroom floor was badly damaged and splintered and resulted in splinters in my child's feet. Front facing windows were missing blinds and exposed our private space to the busy front streets. "The Sheep Shed was so enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, all the comforts of home but you are in a wonderful area with a pond full of koi. We had visits from mama deer and her fawn every day. We caught a glimpse of the big buck at night because he posed right in front of the outside light! The kitchen is fully stocked. So nice to have plenty of fresh clean water in each room. Highly recommend and hope to come back. Being so close to all the trails on the Grand Mesa was wonderful."

"Every now and then you find a rental at the intersection of charming and perfect. This was one of those situations. I've travelled a lot and this was a unique property. Plenty of useful cookware and supplies, a well-appointed bathroom, and delightful bonus movie room. This was also the first time that I've ever seen chilled beer mugs in a freezer ready to go. I enjoyed perusing the DVD and book collection, but you can also log in to a streaming service. All my needs were met and the hosts were highly responsive to inquiries. It would be an ideal romantic stay for couples visiting the area. I would note that the bed was a queen size? Not sure there was space for a king size bed though. That would be my only comment."
