"The property was centrally located and easy to find. Instructions were sent prior to check in.
Sadly, the condition was terrible. Bins left full, mould in the fridge and no working. Fans not working, bed hard..
The owner did swap this accommodation to a nicer property but it was very stressful on the first night. "

"When we arrived the whole apartment smelled of sewer, like there hadn’t been anyone in several weeks. After a few hours of running water intermittently and opening the window we could get the smell out.
There was both a dishwasher and a washing machine but nowhere to hang wet clothes to dry. Hanging them on the (turned off) towel dryer in the bathroom made the clothes not dry at all in 2 days as the bathroom was always very, very humid.
Other than that, the apartment was clean, everything...

"The staff are very helpful. We stayed in the new building at this property and found the room to be clean and sufficient. Beds were only twin-size, so a bit small for adults. The location was terrific, an easy walk into town, close to restaurants and sites. We went at the end of November and found it was also easy to walk to the Christmas market. It was quiet and safe."
