「Everybody has problems with opening of the room door. Sometimes it worked and most of time we had to ask for help. The location was far from tourist attraction with lots of traffic and wate of time.」

「Very friendly and kind staffs! I stopped Yerevan 1 night to see Khor Virap and arrived from Tbilisi at evening time. I asked staff to arrange car and they arranged it so smoothly with various suggestions. I checked out hotel at very early morning and asked to call taxi. They arranged so smoothly with kind suggestions! Comfortable equipment, kind staffs, I really recommend this hotel. I am traveling around the worlds and stayed so many international hotels. But I really recommend this hotel.」

「My parents stayed there. They like it.」

「I loved the hotel, nice style and comfortable rooms. Didn’t really use the facilities although would have liked to, but was busy on work trip. My only complaint is that as a vegan it wasn’t worth going down for breakfast. There were a few salad items but the bread was stale and no plant-based milks. I brought my own oat milk, and coffee was OK but not great. For most people though it looked like they had a plentiful breakfast. I’d have been happy with better bread and better coffee. Everything...

「Clean , breakfast」

「Hotel is very nice」

「Staff are very friendly」

「My flight was delayed for 2 hours and I sent a message to the hotel on the way from airport. The staff was waiting at the gate and direct taxi to the front door. The check in was smooth and the staff member carried my luggage to the room as the hotel didn't have a lift. The room was specious, clean and quiet.」

「公園に面していて気持ちが良い。インテリアが美しい。設備も十分整っていた。」
